im a noob at rp so i have a question in a rp does the person who made the thread decide what role people play(like the charecters job etc.) or does the actual person decide

Well mostly you post an RP suggestion in the Request forum and see if anyone wants to go with it, or if it's just going to be silly just start a new one in crack and go for it. It's normally something that everyone involved discusses beforehand
